Celene was born and raised in Irwin, PA. Being an only child, boredom and the natural surroundings would be fuel for her creativity. Art would become her solace and connection to other people. She attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh graduating in 1995 and then moved out west to San Diego a few years later.
